A loan of $3,775 helped a member to buy clothing and cosmetics, among other products.

Le Modele De Dorneau Group's story

Kercita is the coordinator of her group “Le Modele de Dorneu”. She is married with five children. Kercita lives in the north of Haiti, where electricity is rarely available and the water supply extremely limited. She has been managing a business selling various products for the past ten years.

Before starting this business, Kercita sold craft products. She would like to use the loan to invest in clothing, shoes, cosmetics and other products.

Kercita hopes that this loan will help grow her business. The other members of Le Modele de Dorneu need loans for businesses selling charcoal, food, cosmetics and shoes, among others. Kercita says that her main ambition is to become a major trader.
