A loan of $1,500 helped to purchase pigs.

Maria Laurentina's story

Maria is 33 years old, and a single mother who has three children, two of whom are students. Maria works raising livestock and in agriculture. She raises her pigs in a pen where she lives and pays rent for the house and the pig pen, she also raises cows to earn additional income and sometimes she does day labor. She will invest the loan in the purchase of pigs and with this business she hopes never to lack in food or education for her children.
