Thanh Luong 1 Group's story

Tuyet, 33, is an unmarried Thai woman. She lives with her brother, sister-in-law, and their three children who attend school. She and her brother and his wife work in agriculture to grow rice, and raise pigs, buffalo, chickens, and plant a vegetable garden. Regardless of their considerable efforts, they face difficulties including the high price of supplies, low price of their products, and insect issues. Tuyet said that she had heard a lot about Anh Chi Em Program's activities and she wanted to acquire a loan and training so that she could avoid the damage caused by insects and find the solution for the pricing of products and supplies. This is her first loan in Anh Chi Em and she will use a portion of the loan to buy chickens and ducks to expand her business. Tuyet hopes that she will be able to afford to move out and live independently. She also dreams of getting married to a good man and raising her children to be successful in a career and life. In the picture, Tuyet wears a blue shirt and stands first from the right.
