A loan of $800 helped to buy cement, bricks, sand, rods, tie wire, nails, frames, and other materials to repair her business.

Gloria Marina's story

Gloria is a very honest and responsible person. She lives in a community in the south of Honduras with her husband and their 3 children. For the past 3 years her business has been the sale of snacks; it is located at one of the most traveled and important exits of the city. She is requesting a loan to buy various materials such as cement, bricks, sand, rods, tie wire, nails, and frames, among others, in order to make some improvements to her business and her house.

Gloria hopes that the loan will be a great help, since thanks to the loan she will count on having enough physical space to serve her customers better, like the customer that is pictured in the photo. In the same way, she hopes that her sales will increase considerably and, thanks to this, that she will earn a higher income to improve the quality of life of her family at home. She hopes to add to her business and to continue supporting her family so that her children can continue their studies in order to have greater opportunities in the future.
