Jackson's story

Jackson is 41 years old and supports eight people. He is married and together they have been blessed with three children. He has been running his general store for nine years now, and his wife also brings in some additional income.

He would like to expand his business and so he is asking for a loan of KES 60,000 to buy more goods like sugar, rice and tea leaves to sell to clients in his area. He currently makes an estimated monthly income of KES 28,000, and he has successfully repaid all his previous loans.

He will use his anticipated profits to start a bigger business and to pay for a good education for his children. In the future, he hopes and dreams of having a bigger business in his own premises, and a happy family.
