Wangnini 9 Group's story

WANGNINI 9 is a group of three persons, who are friends residing in the same district. The group’s representative, Cécile (with her hand raised in the photo), is 43 years old and married to a man name Noutin. Cécile did not attend school. She has five children, not all in school. She lives together with her children and husband. She and her husband jointly ensure that the different household expenses are covered. For ten years, Cécile has been selling a variety of goods, condiments, corn, and cassava flour out of her home. She gets her supplies from a market in Benin. This is the third time Cécile and the other members of the group WANGNINI 9 have requested financial support from Alidé with the aim of bolstering their working capital and their businesses, as well as to respond further to the requirements of their customers. The previous loans were indeed paid back.
