San Miguel Group's story

The group San Miguel is in its first cycle of the committee program, in a city called Curuguaty, a predominantly rural area where everyone works in agriculture or other rural activities. The group members are all women with a fighting spirit.

Mrs. Wilma is one of the members of this group, she is a self-sacrificing, fighting woman, who stands out for the enthusiasm that she always displays. She wants to improve her life and help her loved ones. She works raising, selling and slaughtering of barnyard animals, like chickens, ducks, pigs and others.

She asks for this loan to buy animal feed, that way she can continue raising her animals, which will allow her to continue working and fighting like she has been doing. She is grateful for the opportunities given to her and her group members.
