Senora Rosa Argentina is 40 years old and lives in a neighborhood in Managua called Sabana Grande. She is single and does not have any children, but she helps her brother raise his children. Rosa makes and sells grilled snacks for a living. She inherited this trade from her mother, and after 30 years it is her only source of income to live on. She needs to purchase the necessary ingredients to increase her production and sales. Her long term plan is to have salespeople who can sell her products, and to be able to teach others in her family this trade so they can inherit it and continue with the business.

La Sra. Rosa Argentina tiene 40 años de edad, habita en un barrio de la capital de Managua que se llama Sabana grande, soltera, no tiene hijos y ayuda a su hermano a criar a sus sobrinos, el negocio de doña Rosa es la elaboración de cosa de horno, pues tiene treinta años de experiencia ya que es una herencia de su madre ya que desde muy joven ayudaba hacer los ricos horneados lo cual ahora ha sido su fuente de trabajo para sobrevivir. Con la solicitud de trabajo es para comprar más insumos para aumentar la producción de ventas de cosa de horno. A largo plazo es tener vendedores que le vendan el producto y poder enseñar a su familia para que también sea una herencia y puedan seguir trabajando en este negocio.
