Walter Juan's story

Mr. R. is single and he's 43 years old. He has been working in the Mayor's office in Juigalpa over the past 13 years as a janitor. He's requesting a loan in order to continue to build his home since the previous loans helped to finished half of the walls. He now needs to finish them and buy material for his roof. His life partner works at the Tierno Galvan School in Juigalpa selling snacks to the students. This helps to pay the bills. They have 2 daughters. One who is married and the other one who is 15 years old who was born sick because at birth she drank amniotic fluid. They're responsible for her and she can't go to school because she's under their care. Mr. R. is a hard worker and a responsible client even though his salary is very low, he has been able to pay his debts on time.
