A loan of $350 helped to buy additional groceries to sell in her general store.

Urbana's story

Urbana is 58 years old and married with five children. With one child still in school, Urbana works very hard to provide for them.

She runs a general store in the Philippines and requested a 15,000 PHP loan through Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. (NWTF) to buy additional groceries to sell in her general store.

Urbana has been in this business for 10 years and sells a variety of items such as toothpaste, bath soap, canned goods, cooking oil, juice, and detergent soap.

She would like to build and expand her business to secure the future of her family.
