A loan of $2,400 helped to increase her business merchandise with newly-released mobile phone accessories and prepaid mobile phone cards.

Nada's story

Nada is a 32-year-old, married mother of two children. She has been running her call center for two years and she is working hard to develop it through selling mobile phone accessories, prepaid cards, and small quantities of mobile phones, too.

Her business is going just fine, but it needs an external push to develop it in a well-managed way. For this reason, Nada is acquiring a loan from Kiva partner, Al Majmoua Lebanese Association for Development, to increase her business merchandise with newly-released mobile phone accessories, and prepaid mobile phone cards. She will also use part of the loan to perform necessary maintenance to a small apartment she owns, to set it up for rent as an additional income business that will develop her family's situation.

Nada hopes that, in the future, she can develop and expand her call center services in a well-managed way, to buy another apartment, and to expand her real estate business.
