Misael Alexander's story

Misael is 19 years old from the city of Latacunga, Ecuador, in Cotopaxi province. He has lived in a friend's house for a few years, he is single, and with sacrifice from his parents he was able to finish his secondary studies. Misael is a very hard-working and enterprising young man, a great economic support and support for his family. From a young age he has worked along side his father raising small animals and cattle. Today Misael has his own small business, where he raises and sells pigs. It hasn't been easy for Misael to succeed nevertheless he is an enterprising man that hasn't been stopped by any obstacle because as a young boy he learned how to work because of the lack of economic resources he couldn't continue on in school. Misael enjoys playing sports as this helps him stay healthy.

Today he seeks a loan to use in buying pigs and a female breeding pig that will help him increase his earnings because in the past few months his sales have grown. In this way he will grow his business and have a better quality of life. Therefore Misael thanks the Fundación Alternativa in Ecuador and Kiva to make it possible for his family and personal life to grow.
