A loan of $1,150 helped to increase her merchandise sold in the street, such as soft drinks, candy, etc.

Juana's story

Juana, 59, lives with her husband and 2 children. She really wants to work; she and her husband have worked for many years to keep the family going, she is motivated to work even harder every day, which she has been doing for more than 30 years. Up to this very day, she can be seen in every street market, social event and office party, selling sodas, soft drinks, and candy. She goes out Monday through Friday to her town plaza in order to get daily sales, which is both entertaining and satisfying, as well as contributing to the household expenses over many years and giving her children the education they need. In addition, Juana also raises animals. Keeping up with these activities creates a pleasant life rhythm for her, but she wants to improve herself, opening a grocery shop. Juana is asking for this loan in order to increase her merchandise, plus buying another calf.
