Sagrada Familia Group's story

The committee named “Sagrada Familia” (Sacred Family) is a group that has been working for several loan cycles. This committee consists of 15 women, all of whom have a common goal of helping their families improve their living situations.

One of the members is Sra. Nelida, who is enterprising and hardworking. She and her husband strive each day to get ahead. Her work consists of taking care of her house and raising animals, such as chickens and pigs. She says that her work has been a great help to her family since whatever she produces is sold at the fairs or at the market.

Nelida is requesting a loan so that she can invest in the purchase of balanced feed for her animals. This will enable her to continue working and striving to improve in the same manner she is currently doing now.
