Twesigangane Group's story

Amos is a married Ugandan man, aged 43 years, with eight children aged between four and eighteen years, of whom seven attend school. He lives in Kagadi where he has been farming and selling produce to pay school fees and finance his family. He hopes to educate his children and also grow to his business despite price fluctuations.

Amos is requesting a loan to buy more produce such as maize to sell. He is a member of Twesigangane Group where each member guarantees the other to get a loan since they don’t pledge securities.
