A loan of $1,575 helped to purchase two calves and laying hens.

Blanca Doris's story

Blanca is a humble woman who lives in the country with her husband and her two children.

Although her whole life has been dedicated to domestic work and caring for her family, five years ago, she decided to start her own business. She has three parts to her business, which are producing livestock, producing eggs with laying hens, and producing chickens to fatten for consumption. She decided to start her business after seeing the necessity of helping with the household income and having their daily needs met. She balances all of this work with her household activities. Even though her children are now adults, the country demands a lot of time and dedication.

She is requesting this loan to purchase two calves and laying hens. This will allow her to benefit from an increase in her income and guaranty the maintenance of her work.

Her dream is to make her business into a large production unit that can offer jobs and be useful.
