Imelda's story

Imelda is a 59-year-old lady and is married to Ignatius, a 61-year-old man. They have three children; two of them are married and live with their new families. Their youngest son, Ricardo, 18, is now in 3rd grade of Senior High School and lives with them.

Imelda runs a chicken-selling business. The business is located at her residence. She has been running the business for more than 2 years. Imelda buys chicks and fodder from the supplier; she needs about two to four weeks to raise the chicks and sell them to the customers. The customers come to her house when the chickens are ready to sell.

Presently, Imelda needs some capital to buy more chicks and make a bigger chicken coop; therefore she requests a loan from TLM amounting to IDR 10,000,000. It will be spent on chicks and materials to build the coop.
