A loan of $350 helped increase the stationary materials and books that she sells.

Zenaida's story

Zenaida is 20 years old, unmarried and lives at home with her mother. She is a young entrepreneur and she has dedicated herself to the sale of books and library materials for a year to support her economic costs. She has worked since she was young in different tasks, one of them working in a home, but her personal goal is to study and have a profession, for which she needs to work a lot. She spends every morning and part of the afternoon attending her business because she wants to study at night at the local university. For Zenaida it is not difficult to work everyday, she has been used to working since she was young, but she believes it will be difficult to study and work at the same time. Despite this she is determined to overcome that and become a great professional. Her motivation is to forge a better future, and she knows that with knowledge, everything is possible; for this she is trying to study to have a profession. With the money from the loan Zenaida wants to buy larger amounts of stationery and books to sell to have a higher income and support her studies more easily.
