Lazaro's story

Lazaro is 40 years old. He lives with his wife and children in Caserío Mangaypa, a rural area of the Pomahuaca district. A community with a hot climate, its populace makes a living from agriculture, commerce, and stockbreeding. It is located in the Jaén province that belongs to the Cajamarca region in the northern mountains of Peru.

He has made a living from agriculture, specifically coffee cultivation, for four years. His wife supports him in this labor. He has a united family. Lazaro has requested a loan from Edpyme Alternativa of 1,500 Nuevo Sols to purchase a variety of fertilizers to maintain his crops. In this way, he will protect them from all types of plagues and so have a timely product to offer to his customers.
