Om- Saed Group's story

The members of the Om- Saed Group are five women from Sana'a, Yemen. They know each other through friendship and neighborhood ties. They requested a loan of 230,000 YER.

Fatima is the leader of the group and is 44 years old. She is a very vigorous woman and works as a housewife. She says that the furniture of her house is very old. She can't afford that. So Fatima decided to make improvements in her house through furnishing her house again. As a result of that decision, Fatima applied for a loan of 50,000 YER from AMB. She hopes that her house will be soon in a better order. She will use the loan to buy new furniture for the house. She is happy and hopes to get a lot of support in order to finish the renovation of her house.

Fatima hopes to renovate the first floor and build the second and furnish it in order to rent.
