Gulzat's story

Gulzat is 27 years old, married, and has two toddlers. Gulzat has a secondary-specialized education. She graduated from a vocational school for consumer goods manufacturing. Gulzat is punctual, emphatic, neat and hardworking by nature. Her husband helps her with her business. As an additional source of income for her family, she has been practicing livestock breeding for many years already. She started this business with 5,000 som (KGS). Thanks to Gulzat's hard work, she currently has 2 milk cows, 2 horses and 55 sheep on her farm, as well as a 2.80 hectare plot of land. This business brings in on average 12,000 som (KGS) per month, which mainly serves to cover the family's food expenses and daily living needs. For the purpose of further developing her business, Gulzat turned to Microfinance Bank "Bai Tushum." She is requesting a loan to buy cows. Gulzat plans to invest the earnings from the loan in the further acquisition of livestock. She also intends to save money to increase the size of her barn in the future and to buy a car for her family.
