A loan of $1,500 helped to purchase flour, corn, oil, and all the supplies to increase her production.

Blanca Rosa's story

The sound of the sparks of the fire hitting the coal and the wall of Blanca's brick oven tells us that the bread is ready. Her 40 years as a bread maker and seller shows her specialized knowledge of when is the perfect moment to produce a quality product. Now, in her 58 years of life, she wants to continue growing with the support of her husband and six children, so she is requesting a loan to cover the costs of purchasing flour, corn, oil, and all of the supplies to increase her production. She also wants to repair her oven since it has deteriorated. Her goals are to build another oven and purchase an industrial oven to make pastries so that she will continue to be well known in nearby areas. This will allow her to increase her profits, improve her quality of life and her family's and have the opportunity to save for an emergency.
