Patricia's story

Patricia is a 22-year-old single businesswoman who lives in the Shurugwi District of Zimbabwe. She successfully operates a business to sell clothing to people of all ages.

Ten months ago, she was inspired by her sister and other Cama members, to become an entrepreneur in order to look after herself and financially assist her parents and siblings.

During her spare time, Patricia volunteers as a Cama member and disseminates health information to community schools. With the requested Kiva loan, Patricia will buy more clothes, blankets, and shoes for people of all ages so she can increase her sales and profits. With the additional profits, she intends to provide for herself and her siblings.
