A loan of $1,075 helped to buy balanced feed to fatten his animals.

Alfredo's story

Alfredo, 64, lives with his wife and children in the district of Zaña, which has a varied climate. The community is close to the Jetepeque river valley, which has allowed it to develop in agriculture, trade and livestock. It is located in the province of Chiclayo, which belongs to the Lambayeque region on the northern coast of Peru.

Alfredo has made a living raising animals, such as sheep, ducks, and turkeys, for five years along with his wife. They are a united family who put effort into their work. Alfredo has applied for a loan of 3,000 Peruvian new soles to buy balanced feed to fatten his animals. He will then be able to sell them for a higher price.
