This group was established in 2012. It is made up of members whose main business is retail, and who live in the same neighborhood.

Fatou, the featured borrower, is the woman on the far right in the photograph. She's 48 years old, married, and the mother of one boy.

She runs a shop where she sells products such as sugar, tea, milk, and coffee. With her loan, she intends to buy XOF 10'000 worth of tea, XOF 35'000 worth of sugar, and XOF 20'000 worth of milk.

Her goal is to strengthen her working capital and her savings.
