Tugirumwete Ii Group's story

Renovat is a member of the Tugirumwete group and lives in Bujumbura. He is married to Georgette, a farmer. They have six children between the ages of two months and 15 years, of whom four go to school. He has been selling fish (ndagala) for two years. This is his first loan from Turame. With the Kiva credit that he requests, he intends to increase his capital and buy a bigger quantity of fish (ndagala) for resale to earn more. In the coming years he hopes to manage to provide for his family's needs (lodging, food, healthcare) and see his children study.
