A loan of $4,600 helped a member to buy new and sold out stock of shoes for her shop.


Ashoki B Group's story

Hafsa is a mother of two children,one boy and one girl, who are in school. She is aged in her late thirties and makes her living by running a shop selling men and women shoes. She is in this enterprise for three years now and is able to make a good monthly profit. Hafsa open her shop from 06am to 06pm daily. From Tujijenge Tanzania, this is Hafsa's fourth loan request which she will use to buy new and sold out stock of shoes for her shop. With the previous loans all of which paid back successfully, she used to restock her shop stocks and paid shop rent. Hafsa received an extra income which she used to pay house living rent and food expenses. She paid school fees and covered part of house building expenses. She dreams to open another successfully business. Hafsa will share this loan with his loan group" Ashoki B" which totals three members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
