A loan of $4,725 helped a member to restock her shop with new fashion shoes.

Ashoki C Group's story

Asteria, who is in her early forties, is married and has got two boys and one girl, all of whom are in school. For a period of five years, Asteria makes her living by managing a shoes shop. She opens her shop from 07am to 06pm daily and is able to make a very good monthly profit.

Asteria is requesting a eighth loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used the previous loans all of which paid back successfully to restock on shop shoes. Asteria, together with her husband, are doing great with the loans received. She keep on servicing her business with more stocks to the level that it can produce high returns and depend on itself. She used the business profit to cover house living rent and covered school fees, household expenses and plow back to her business. In the coming years, she would like to make her business successful and build a house. Asteria will use this loan to restock her shop with new fashion shoes.

She will share this loan with her loan group' Ashoki C" which consist of four members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
