Mai Group's story

Mai was born in 1989 in Bac Ninh province. Her husband is a skillful carpenter. Mai raises pigs and chickens to earn a living. Besides Mai also grows crops and helps her husband to carve woods. She is also an apprentice carpenter. They have 2 little daughters. Her family income is about VND 9,000,000 per month. As an ambitious woman, Mai hopes that in the near future, she will have her own carpentry workshop.

This is the first time Mai participates in SEDA program. She is requesting a loan of VND 5,152,000 to buy 60 little chickens and 300 kilograms of corn to feed pigs and chickens.
