A loan of $250 helped to buy a printer to process more mobile phone credit sales and bill payment transactions.

Rokidin's story

Rokidin runs a small stall where he sells mobile phone airtime credits and processes bill payments. He lives in Indramayu, a semi-urban area about six hours from Jakarta. Rokidin is married.

Rokidin began working with Ruma one month ago because he wanted to increase his income and business by selling mobile airtime and servicing bill payments. He feels really excited to expand his business. For the last month, he has had around $150 per day in sales on average (just mobile phone airtime credit sales).

He took a loan for getting a printer from Kiva to support his business in selling mobile phone airtime credits and servicing bill payments (household electricity payments).
