Abla Mawussi's story

Abla Mawussi A. is the owner and manager of a restaurant and bar in Lomé, the capital of Togo. The 33-year-old Abla is especially known for her cooking. She is married and the mother of three children, and has a wide range of experience in providing services. With this Kiva opportunity and her third loan from FECECAV, Abla wishes to stock up on yams and corn for making her customers’ favorite dishes, “fufu” (a mashed yam dish) and “pâté” (a kind of porridge). She appreciates this chance to generate profits, which will allow her to better meet the needs of her family.
