A loan of $4,850 helped a member to buy balanced feed.

Kuña Kyrey Group's story

This group is named 'Kuña Kyrey' and is comprised of several neighbours of the town of Santaní. The members, all women, all live in a very remote part of the city, a very rural area that is still under development. Lucia, one of the members, raises barnyard animals, a very demanding task that takes up all of her time. She sells them or slaughters them. This business gives her the means to do all she can to improve her living conditions and those of her family. She asks for this loan in order to buy balanced feed for her animals, so as to keep in business.

In this group: Lucia, Maria, Nancy, Eulalia, Nilsa, Evangelista, Nidia, Justina, Margarita, Perseveranda, Liz, Zunilda, Albina, Zulma, Liz*, Sunilda*
