Om S., 28, is married and lives in Phnom Penh with her two young children. She sells construction tools in the market, while her husband runs a small store in the market selling groceries, making about US$5 every day. It seems to be hard for every vendor and farmer because the inflation this year is out of control and the weather is unbelievable. Om S. has approached CREDIT for a loan to add to her construction tool inventory. She believes that this will be a sustainable investment which will raise her standard of living.
