A loan of $9,700 helped a member to buy trousers, shirts and other clothing.

La Merveille Group's story

Wilhermine is a hard-working retailer and a member of the La Merveille business group. An experienced and dynamic entrepreneur, she is 33 years old, married and the mother of 4 children, 3 of whom attend school (one is too young). She sells various different products and is the member of a shop. She displays her merchandise at the local market in the center of town. She started her business with capital she received from her husband who is also a retailer. Later, she benefited from a loan from the MFI Hekima and has been in business for 5 years.

This new loan will be used to buy trousers, shirts and other clothing. She would like to expand her business, build a house, feed her children and make sure they get an education. Finally, she would like to strongly thank Hekima for enabling women entrepreneurs excluded from classic banking channels to become self-sufficient, especially in this difficult time after the conflicts in the east of the country.
