A loan helped to pay for a CISCO CCNA certification course.

Jorge's story

Jorge is single, 26 years old, and was born in the rural town of El Torno, which is located in the Andrés Ibáñez province in the department of Santa Cruz, Bolivia. He lives with his parents and siblings. He is studying for a degree in Network and Telecommunication Engineering and, with great sacrifices due to the distance from his home to the university, he only needs to defend his thesis in order to graduate.

Currently, Jorge works as a technician for satellite and external plant maintenance at a telecommunications business. His income helps him with personal expenses and household expenses. Jorge requests this education loan to pay for the CISCO CCNA (CISCO Certified Network Associate) program, which will help him to complement his knowledge and improve his work. He believes that technology is the future and that there will always be a demand for trained professionals since the field is changing all the time.

Jorge believes that he is a person who is very determined to achieve his goals since he is not easily defeated when he is faced with obstacles. He is happy to know that there are people who enjoy helping other people. This makes him happy and motivated to finish his university education and continue to specialize in his area of work.
