A loan helped to buy tools for her workshop and spare parts for sale.

Zaida's story

Zaida, 57 years old, is married to Cesar and they have five adult children together, only the youngest is 16 years old. She is now living with her husband, two children, her daughter-in-law and her granddaughter in their own home.

Zaida works in repair services for motors, tuning, gear assembly, motorbike and motor-taxi repairs, etc. To do this work, she has her own workshop situated in her home, where she works with the help of her husband and son. Her job is purely administrative and customer service, she also sells spare parts and accessories.

She has had this business for over 10 years and it's going very well. She also rents two motor-taxis which generate a fixed daily income.

This time she is asking for a loan of 1800 soles. She is grateful to all the people who make this finance possible, so that she can see her plans materialize.

With the loan amount requested, she will buy tools to use in her workshop, as well as some to supply her sales stockpile, with the purchase of spare parts such as motor-taxi chains, bicycle chain rings, cables, centre axles and inner tubes.
