The Ichelegbe 1 group is comprised of 10 people who live in the same area. The group representative, Tchossè Joséphine (with her hand raised in the photo), is 59 and spent very little time in school. Tchossè Joséphine is a widow who lives by herself.

Tchossè Joséphine assumes the various household expenses. To meet her needs, Tchossè Joséphine has been selling miscellaneous items and gasoline in her region for 30 years. Tchossè Joséphine gets her supplies in a market in Benin.

With the goal of diversifying her business and better meeting her clients' needs, Tchossè Joséphine and the other members of the Ichelegbe 1 group are asking for a third loan from ALIDé. The previous loans were properly repaid.
