A loan of $1,425 helped to purchase clothing wholesale.

Evarista's story

Evarista is 48 years old. She is a widow and has two children who live with her in her own home. Evarista makes a living selling clothing for women and men, as well as footwear such as sandals and nylon slippers for which she has a good demand from her customers. She possesses knowledge of textiles, and thanks to a sewing machine that she acquired, she completes textile and dressmaking work, having the capacity to modify a great variety of clothing items and also preparing clothing at her customers’ request. She considers her activity very profitable since the products that she sells are purely for the people whose main labor is agricultural and who visit the city on weekends for their weekly shopping trips.

This is the third loan that she has requested from her financial entity and she is thankful for the opportunity and the support provided.

She wishes in this opportunity to count on 4,000 Nuevos Soles to purchase clothing wholesale, such as polo shirts, blouses, and pants. Furthermore, she hopes to acquire cloth to complete the standing order that she has consistently to produce suits.
