Kolema's story

Kolema is a widow, 59 years old and the mother of 5 children. Kolema is a dynamic woman who is seeking to do better. She lives in Agoè, a district of Lomé. She sold the local drink, called "tchoukoutou", between 2002 and 2003, but was forced to give this up when she had to change the location where she did business. She then started selling basic food products. In 2012, having followed the Assilassime training in how to develop entrepreneurial skills, she put her training into action and used all of the funds she had for her food business to start a business selling clothes. Satisfied and motivated by the results, she is requesting this loan in order to strengthen her business by buying 45 towels, 39 bedsheets and some toys, so that she can earn more profits.
