Om-Salah Group's story

This group is called Om-Salah and consists of four members. They live in Hodeidah, Yemen. They are working hard so that they can achieve their goals. Nashwa is 40 years old and is the leader of the group. She sells sweets. She has been doing this for three years. She says that she began this business when she felt her husband wasn't able to cover all the expenses of his family. She is hardworking and through effort and dedication has managed to overcome adversity and get ahead. She is asking for a loan of 60,000 YER from AMB (Al-Amal Microfinance Bank) to buy sweets in order to be able to continue her business. She is working towards increasing her income.
