William is 37 years old and married to Eunice and they are blessed with five children between the ages of 4 and 13 years. He runs a power-saw services business and also sells timber in the Kapsabet area of Kenya. He has been in this business for the last four years; from this he earns a monthly net profit of 20,000 Kenyan shillings (KES).
William has requested a loan of 45,000 KES, which he will use to purchase spare parts for his power saw and also buy trees to be milled into timbers. He will use the profits he anticipates to repay the loan and pay his children's school fees as well as buy a dairy cow for his family.
William's dream is to provide the best for his family as the breadwinner as well as to expand his business to a point where he will be financially stable.
