This committee was formed thanks to Mrs. Rosa Isabel López de Mazacote, who became involved with the Program and the foundation thanks to friends who are members of other committees and also live in the city of Lambaré.

This committee includes: Mrs. María Irene M. Caballero lives with her boyfriend, Cipriano Ramón Gamarra, a construction worker. María is a chef, who cooks meals such as: meat, chicken, ham, and cheese empanadas; tapioca; chicken, ham and cheese, and vegetable sandwiches; tortillas; etc. María wakes up early each morning to prepare her products, and she exhibits them on a table in a small space in her own home.

Este Comité se formo gracia a la Señora: Rosa Isabel López de Mazacote, quien se enteraron acerca del Programa y de la fundación gracias a las integrantes del otros comités, quienes son amigas de la mencionada señoras quienes también viven de la ciudad de Lambaré.

Podemos hablar de alguna de las integrantes en este caso de: La Sra. María Irene M. Caballero, es soltera., pero vive en pareja con Cipriano Ramón Gamarra, quien es constructor. Ella es cocinera, elabora comestibles como: Empanadas de carne, de pollo, de jamón y queso, y de mandioca, sándwiches de Milanesa, de jamón y queso, de verduras, tortillas, etc.

Ella se levanta todas las mañanas para preparar su productos y los exhibe en un pequeño puestito en su propia casa, sobre una mesa.
