A loan of $1,500 helped to purchase farm supplies.

Martin's story

Martin is 23 years old. He is a hard worker, engaged in farming. As a child, his parents taught him how to work the land and graze the cattle. When his father died, he had to take charge of the crops, lands where he grows all types of vegetables and cereals. He sells the products at the markets in the village, which are a bit far from the place where he lives, but he manages to get his products on the road with the help of his cattle as beasts of burden. He also fattens cattle and sheep for subsequent sale. He comes from a humble family, known for being responsible and wants to get his family ahead. He is requesting the current loan to purchase farm supplies. Upon seeing the circumstances in which he finds himself, he wishes to diversify his production because the area where he lives is an agricultural zone, and he could produce legumes, cereals, and vegetables. In this way, he will manage to increase his income and provide his family with better living conditions.
