A loan of $1,200 helped to Buy products for her grocery store. Candy and school supplies.

Maria Victoria's story

Maria Victoria started her business selling candy, cookies, drinks and groceries in general 4 years ago.
She tells us that thank God her home business is very near by the School of the Cruz Blanca, in San Juan Sacatepequez, and therefore she started selling books, crayons and paper to the kids in the school. Also, other clients started asking her for threads to create güipiles, napkins and other traditional clothes. So today she also sells school supplies and threads of different classes as her business has grown with time.

Thank God she says the school is also requesting chewing gum and all kind of candies. Because of her client’s high demand, she needs more capital and wants to be ready for Christmas season, and sell Christmas products.
She wants to increase her sales and business.
