A loan of $1,350 helped to pay for more fruits that he will sell in the market.

Remy's story

Remy is thankful for the financial assistance extended to him. He was able to buy more fruits of different kinds for his business. His loan helped, not just in his business, but also in the education of his children. His income from the business is supporting their everyday household expenditures. He and his wife are both working hard to provide for their family.

Remy would like to apply for a 60,000 Philippine peso loan which he will be using to buy more fruits that he will sell in the market. The more items displayed at the store the better! More items to sell will result in better profit. His profits from his business will definitely help him to cover their daily needs and his children's education. He looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in his heart.

Remy hopes that his business will last long and dreams that his family will have a harmonious relationship. He meets up with his co-fellowship members to share stories of his work every week. This is where he can also draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God he studies.

* All Center for Community Transformation Credit Cooperative (CCT) community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
