A loan of $1,075 helped to purchase cosmetics products such as creams, powders, and perfumes.

Erika's story

Erika, 51, is divorced and has three children and only one of them lives on their own. Erika earns her living selling cosmetics and perfumes. She sells distinguished, fine fragrance brands to her clientele, mainly targeting women. She has an extensive showcase where she makes a daily display of the products she is selling. She augments her sales by selling accessories such as belts, hair bows, necklaces, pendants, earrings, and shoes for women and men. She has been doing this work for 5 years. For each sale, she provides a warm welcome accompanied by a broad smile. She also has a location where she has constructed and designed aluminum displays with windows. She works independently which is what she prefers because it allows her to use her profits with care and continue working. She feels her work allows her to make women happy. This time she has requested a loan of 3,000 Peruvian soles. She is grateful to all who allow her to access this loan she needs to meet her goals. With the amount requested she will buy cosmetics, body creams, face creams, powders, and perfumes to grow her business.
