A loan of $900 helped to buy a motorbike taxi.

Odalis's story

Odalis, 33, is married with two children. She lives with her family in her own house.

Odalis makes a living buying and selling vehicles. She opens her business daily, which is located on a busy corner for cars and people. She waits for her clients in her business or often goes out to find them, since she doesn't like to be idle. When selling vehicles, she is always very careful to provide all documents in order and to make sure that the vehicles are in excellent condition and run well. She does not want her customers to be unsatisfied. She has had this business for six years along with her husband, who is responsible for fixing up the cars which they later sell. She likes her job because it allows her to have a good income.

She is applying for a loan of 2500 Peruvian soles. She is very happy to have this financial support because she will feel more secure as she moves forward with her business. She is committed to paying her installments on time. With the requested amount, she will buy a motorcycle taxi and the respective auto parts to fix it up and sell it so that she can continue with her business.
