Cyrus's story

Cyrus is a 28 years old gentleman. He is married to Ann and the father of one child. He buys and sells bags in the town of Narok and has been in business for the last ten years. This trade earns Cyrus a monthly income of about 35,000 KES.

He has been advanced a third loan of 120,000 KES from VisionFund Kenya, which will enable him purchase and transport a bale of second hand bags. The anticipated profit will be used to help the young family meet its basic needs.

Cyrus dreams to both improve his family's living standards and to own his residential plot.
