A loan helped to buy medical drugs for resale.

Joseph's story

Meet 37-year-old Joseph from Tombo in the Western rural area of Freetown. He is married with 2 children, ages 7 and 14 years. His children are currently attending school. In 2002, Joseph established his pharmacy business. He began his business because he wanted to reduce the death rate in the community. He works at the business every day from morning to night. He says that the main challenge to his business is insufficient capital to expand.

Joseph requires a loan in order to buy medical drugs for resale. He hopes that the extra income from this loan will allow him to increase his business and change his standard of living. In the future, Joseph plans to open a big health center. He thanks you for your support.
