A loan of $1,500 helped to repair an old car that he owns, so that he will save a lot of money by not renting one, and to buy a larger quantity of eggs.

Ruendy Benedicto's story

Ruendy is a very enterprising 22-year-old man. He is studying theology in the capital of the country, and hopes to graduate and then dedicate himself to God's teachings. He is single for the time being, but has a lovely girlfriend with whom he hopes to start a family. She works in a gas station close to her house and about 5 km from where Ruendy lives. Ruendy lives in the house of an aunt, but the property on which they live is family-owned, and his mother lives across from them with her husband. They are all very close, and help each other as much as they can. Ruendy's business is selling eggs. He has clients who call him to place orders. He then immediately buys them from a friend who is a wholesaler and delivers them to their destination. The vehicle that he uses to make his deliveries is a Nissan Frontier that he rents from his mother-in-law. He needs a loan for two things. One is to repair an old car that he owns, so that he will save a lot of money by not renting one. The other is to buy a larger quantity of eggs that he can store in cases, so that he won't have to go and see his wholesaler friend so often. Ruendy dreams of being an egg distributor who is known not only in his community but throughout the city. In this way he can establish himself economically and think about starting a family.
